Born and raised in East Texas, Marco is a Texas State University graduate from San Marcos, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management. He began his career as Assistant Purchasing Manager at Toll Brothers in Austin, one of the nation’s premier luxury homebuilders. He then founded Sol Custom Construction before transitioning into real estate in 2025. This deep local roots and rare background give him a true competitive edge when guiding clients through custom homes, modern country estates, large-acreage properties, and complex transactions across DFW and East Texas.

Marco is recognized for his high-energy, professional marketing — including drone footage and dominant digital content — that helps properties stand out and sell faster. In his first year as a REALTOR®, he has already closed over $1.73 million in volume while building a strong pipeline of $4M+ in active luxury listings.
